Chiropractor
Julie Mckay BSc, DC. Member of the General Chiropractic Council
Chiropractors are concerned with the framework of bones and muscles that support the body (the ‘musculoskeletal system’). Some problems of the musculoskeletal system can be caused by accidents, stress, lack of exercise, poor posture, illness and everyday wear and tear. These problems may cause pressure on the nerves in the body. Depending on your condition, the chiropractor may manipulate parts of your spine or joints and give you advice on exercise, self- help, diet and lifestyle. Manipulation involves precisely handling or moving joints, or parts of the spine, sometimes moving them further than they would normally move.

Counsellor and Psychotherapist - Sue Milton (MBACP) Bsc (Hons)
Counselling and psychotherapy are a continuum. I offer short term counselling where you will be able to work through specific problems and longer-term psychotherapy where deeper issues can be explored. Sometimes people seek therapy for personal development or when they just have a general feeling of something being not quite right. I would like to stress that nothing concerning you is trivial if it is causing you emotional unrest or pain.
